We all love a good take home gift from a wedding, and what better than a custom made piece of artwork? These guest gifts and entertainment are sure to wow all your family and friends. No better way to make them feel loved than a one of a kind gift!
The Process
My first step is my arrival and set up. I would love to arrive before your ceremony, so I can set up before guest arrival and paint a portrait of the bride and groom during the ceremony leading into the cocktail hour and reception. It is up to you and your coordinating team to decide where I will be painting for the evening. My set up includes a table with a white table cloth (unless provided). Chairs will need to be provided.

Once cocktail hour begins, guest are welcome to come get their picture taken to be used as a reference for their painting. I will have a helper there to help take pictures of the guest while I focus on painting their portraits.

Once I am done with their portraits, they will be propped up for guests to take with them. Of course, I may not be able to get to every portrait, so I will take those pictures with me and complete those portraits at my home studio. Any portraits I complete at my studio will be shipped to the couple after their wedding day.

Investment
Pricing is set at $300 an hour with a 3 hour minimum.
3 hours .............. $900
4 hours .............. $1200
5 hours .............. $1500
6 hours .............. $1800

Includes custom 6"x8" guest portraits painted live in purchased time and remaining being painted in studio shipped if needed.

Packages also include travel up to 25 miles around Clinton, North Carolina, set up at your venue (easel, lighting, tables for paints, etc.).

If your venue is outside of the 25 mile radius from Clinton, North Carolina, it will be an additional $1.50 per mile for each additional mile over 25 miles. For example, if your venue is 50 miles from Clinton, North Carolina, your travel cost will be $37.50 (25 miles x $1.50).

The prices above do not include travel outside of a 25 mile radius from Clinton, North Carolina. Events over 2 hours from Clinton, North Carolina may require other arrangements for travel/stay.

To book this service, a 25% non-refundable deposit must be made along with a signed contract to hold your date. The remaining total may be paid in full or split up into 3 payments until 2 months before the event.

Can you do live guest portraits AND a live wedding painting at my wedding?
Yes! If you would like me to be at your wedding and do both a live wedding painting and live guest portraits, we can definitely do that. What you would expect in this situation is an arrival that is much earlier that my standard arrival time and a later stay at the wedding to ensure I can get as much painting done as possible. I will also need a helper to stay with me the entire day of the event, so this would have to be covered in your payment as well.
